Who we are

This website belongs to PetResQ911. Questions about your information go to Nina Ground at nground@gmail.com or 615.305.4550.

What we collect

Only what you choose to type into a form:

• Contact form — your name, email, phone (optional), reason for contact and message.
• Volunteer form — your name, email, phone (optional), availability and how you'd like to help.
• Email updates — your email address.
• Open letter — your name, email, city and state (optional), comment (optional) and whether you'd like updates.

How it's used

To answer your message, follow up on volunteer interest, record your signature on Nina's open letter and — only if you asked — send PetResQ911 updates. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Who handles it

The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and passes them to PetResQ911. When you donate or subscribe, the payment is handled by the payment provider you're sent to (for example PayPal or Stripe) under its own privacy policy; PetResQ911 does not receive your full card details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers. It stores two small notes in your own browser: one remembers that you closed the sign-up pop-up so it doesn't keep appearing, and one shows the right thank-you message after you send a form.
